I hold myself/my child responsible for any injuries received during training and waive any compensation against the academy and operators.

I agree not to misuse the knowledge I attain through the training.

I pledge to observe the rules and regulations of Taekwondo and respect the instructors/coaches and seniors.

I understand that violation of this pledge will result in demotion and no refund.

Insurance fees are non-refundable.
